All bookings made more than 7 days prior to arrival must confirm booking with a payment of 50% deposit. All bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival must confirm booking with 100% deposit. No Deposit – No Booking. All balances must be settled on arrival. Book-in time: 14h00 – 17h00. Check-out time: 10h00 (Extra fees will be charged for late check-outs)
ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THE ID OR PASSPORT FOR PROOF OF IDENTITY WHEN CHECKING IN.
Breakfast is served from 7h00 – 9h00 WEEKDAYS & from 8h00 am -09h30 am WEEKENDS. No smoking are allowed in the rooms – feel free to use the patio as a smoking area.
CANCELLATIONS TO BE MADE 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
No refunds will be given on late cancellations or early departures. If a guest does not show for check in without notifying reception, they will be held responsible for the full payment. 10% of the total quote price will be charged as an admin fee for processing cancellations. Parking at own risk. Belongings and valuables left in rooms at owner’s risk. Right of admission reserved.
